Michael brings 24 years of experience in business, financial, and technical leadership on complex enterprise programs. As the leader of business operations, he has responsibility over the management, planning, and monitoring of the day-to-day operations of the company with direct oversight of Program Management Office, Sales Organization, and Contracts. Michael is also responsible for the continuous evaluation of business practices and procedures and help to set organizational objectives, key performance indices, and apply needed improvements while working closely with other department leaders. Reporting directly to the CEO, Michael helps to set strategic goals for OPTiMO and ensure that they are achieved.
Michael holds a BA and MBA. He serves his community as a Board Member of a not-for-profit 501c human services organization, Tioga Opportunities, Inc. He is also a former adjunct lecturer at Binghamton University School of Management.
