A business operations leader with over two decades of experience driving financial, technical, and organizational success across complex enterprise programs. Michael oversees OPTiMO’s day-to-day operations with direct responsibility for the Program Management Office, Sales Organization, and Contracts, while also shaping strategic objectives and performance standards in collaboration with executive leadership. With a background in business, finance, and program execution, he has a proven record of optimizing practices, aligning resources, and delivering measurable results.
Michael holds both a BA and MBA and extends his leadership beyond the workplace as a Board Member for Tioga Opportunities, Inc., a not-for-profit human services organization. He has also shared his expertise as a former adjunct lecturer at Binghamton University’s School of Management.
