His collaborative leadership style—grounded in inclusion and guided by a trusted executive team—has driven consistent year-over-year growth since the company’s inception.
    Michael has assembled an industry-leading team of data scientists, systems integrators, designers, and developers to advance OPTiMO’s mission of continuous customer experience improvement. Under his direction, the company continues to deliver cutting-edge digital solutions that serve some of the nation’s largest user groups.

    A business operations leader with over two decades of experience driving financial, technical, and organizational success across complex enterprise programs. Michael oversees OPTiMO’s day-to-day operations with direct responsibility for the Program Management Office, Sales Organization, and Contracts, while also shaping strategic objectives and performance standards in collaboration with executive leadership. With a background in business, finance, and program execution, he has a proven record of optimizing practices, aligning resources, and delivering measurable results.
    Michael holds both a BA and MBA and extends his leadership beyond the workplace as a Board Member for Tioga Opportunities, Inc., a not-for-profit human services organization. He has also shared his expertise as a former adjunct lecturer at Binghamton University’s School of Management.

She holds a master certification in Human Resources from Villanova University and remains focused on fostering an inclusive, growth-oriented workplace.

As part of OPTiMO’s executive team, Scott plays a key role in strategic planning—advancing new business initiatives, evolving technology standards, and improving company-wide processes and communication. A hands-on technical advisor, he navigates complex, multi-vendor, and legacy environments while designing tailored support tools that meet the diverse needs of OPTiMO’s teams. Scott holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science.

    Greg is responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining security processes at OPTiMO related to both information and physical security. He is responsible for developing company-wide policies and procedures related to safeguarding OPTiMO and client data, software, hardware, and networks, and develops and administers employee and contractor training. Greg bring to OPTiMO an extensive and unique background as state trooper in a management role for Pennsylvania’s Computer Crimes Investigation Unit. Besides his B.Sc., his training includes certifications in seized computer and evidence recovery, advanced data recovery and analysis, and internet trace evidence recovery and analysis. He is a contributing advisory board member in computer forensic curricula at several post-secondary institutions.

She holds a B.B.A. in Finance from George Washington University and is a recognized leader in federal finance and technology communities.
