OPTiMO is seeking an experienced AP Accounting Assistant to support our internal accounts payable and payroll functions in our downtown Bloomsburg, PA headquarters.
This role will primarily focus on the following responsibilities:
- Entry of Accounts Payable records to proper account codes and capture/filing of invoices
- Entry of credit card transactions and capture/filing of receipts
- Entry of payroll data
- Assist Employee/Vendor entry of expense reports for accuracy to company policy
- Continuous organization of digital records
The successful candidate should have the following skills and experience:
- Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles / AP and experience with Accounting software
- Understanding of Payroll structures and experience with Payroll software
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, SharePoint
- Accurate, well-organized individual with attention to detail
