Children’s Privacy

We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. You should be aware that this Site is not intended or designed to attract children under the age of 13. We do not collect personally identifiable information from any person we actually know is a child under the age of 13.

Do Not Track

OPTiMO does not track its customers over time and across third party websites to provide targeted advertising and therefore does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals. However, some third party sites do keep track of your browsing activities when they serve you content, which enables them to tailor what they present to you. If you are visiting such sites, certain browsers allow you to set the DNT signal on your browser so that third parties (particularly advertisers) know you do not want to be tracked.

Third parties that have content embedded on OPTiMO’s websites such as a social feature or a stock ticker may set cookies on a user’s browser and/or obtain information about the fact that a web browser visited a specific OPTiMO website from a certain IP address. Third parties cannot collect any other personally identifiable information from OPTiMO’s websites unless you provide it to them directly.

Changes in this Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here, by email, or by means of a notice on our home page prior to the change becoming effective.

Our web site includes links to other web sites whose privacy practices may differ from those of OPTiMO. If you visit any third party sites or submit personally identifiable information to any of those web sites, your information is governed by their privacy policy. We encourage you to carefully read the privacy policy of any web site you visit.

We will not sell your Personal Information to other companies and we will not share it with other companies for them to use for their own purposes.  We do not knowingly allow other parties to collect personally identifiable information about your online activities over time and across third-party web sites when you use our websites and services.
