Bloomsburg (PA) based OPTiMO Information Technology LLC. has been awarded a contract with Geisinger Health Plan (GHP) to develop a software solution for the health-care insurer headquartered in Danville, PA. Developed by OPTiMO-IT, the web-based application will streamline the health risk assessment (HRA) review process to provide consolidated data to GHP. This process will help Geisinger Health Plan better identify at-risk Geisinger Gold members and provide the appropriate services. The end result is better health outcomes and fewer gaps in care.
