Corporate IT Recruiter / Full Time

Job Description

OPTiMO is hiring for an in-house technical recruiter to meet the staffing needs for both our internal projects and customer requirements. The successful Recruiter should have the ability to efficiently and effectively source, screen, and present qualified candidates.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Identify, screen, and recommend candidates for IT positions
  • Foster long-term relationships with candidates
  • Review and understand technical job requirement requirements
  • Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met
  • Review, reformat, and presents resumes to hiring managers
  • Track and maintain detailed records of candidates, job listings, and placement status
  • Research and evaluate talent pools as requested
  • Assist in the creation of detailed job descriptions
  • Consistently follow up with candidates
  • Feel comfortable spending much of your time recruiting both on the phone and via email

Requirements:

  • 1+ years in IT recruiting preferred
  • Ability to learn technical information related to skillsets
  • Self-confidence and self-starter
  • Skilled in proofreading, editing and formatting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, articulate, and professional
  • Proficiency in the MS Office suite of products
